Most of our customers are looking to move from XP to Windows 7, those we have already helped move to Vista are looking for the relatively simple move up, and at the other extreme we have Windows 2000 going end of extended support early in 2010 and a few concerned IT Directors.... NATOLI offer application compatibility assessments, which can be supplied free of charge to qualifying customers with over 50 managed applications in their software estate. For customers with less than the qualifying level of applications an assessment engagement is available at a fixed price, which is soon recouped by the subsequent savings in migration work. These quick win reports give details on what won’t work, what will work with remediation, and what works now. Using this information we can help our customers shorten departmental lead-times, give vendors notification and time to update critical software, and remove the cost of trying to migrate incompatible software.

Leverage Build technology
OS builds are available on a cost per build basis. Whatever our customers choice of Configuration Management system we provide build consultants capable of delivering images to meet your operational requirements. We design intelligent build creation processes and recommendations, leveraging automation where possible, for ongoing management once the project is complete.

Hardware refresh
NATOLI works with Hardware vendors to ensure that hardware, OS builds, configuration toolsets and applications are available at the time that the project requires, removing project delays and ensuring delivery.

In Situ Migrations
Where required we pick the best of breed solutions to seamlessly migrate your users with a single click. This includes data backup, personal settings migration, new hardware provisioning, application install and user data re-installation. Most of the standard toolsets have functionality in this area and NATOLI adds knowledge and project experience to enhance the abilities of any incumbent system.
