Findings are presented in a logical business presentation to help gauge the impact of major deployments unless problems are rectified.

A NATOLI ConfirmIT HealthCheck can cover HP Client Automation, Microsoft SMS, SCCM 2007 and Softgrid environments. Packaging Tools covered include InstallShield, Wise and RefWI products.

What Does it Involve?

We then present our findings back to you with predicted impact scenarios and resolutions. It is healthy to involve all teams including third parties as it offers guidance BEFORE you press the ‘Go Button’ It is not an arbitration exercise between suppliers and should be viewed as a positive report designed to help everyone
