Workshop Cost and Content

The NATOLI Upgrade Workshop is free of charge for upgrades to the latest version of CA.

Depending upon the size of your environment a NATOLI workshop will take between 2 hours and one day, and in this time all of the relevant Environment or Business requirements are discussed and agreed upon.

At the highest level, A NATOLI upgrade workshop covers the following topics specific to your environment.

CA Workshop

During the workshop NATOLI will confirm the best practice upgrade procedures, and can demonstrate how NATOLI’s optiTOOLS will ensure your upgrade is delivered on time and on budget.

Structure and output

The workshop structure ensures that all aspects are covered, and that you are given a clear understanding of the processes and requirements of the upgrade. The output of the Workshop is a document covering all aspects of the upgrade, highlighting process, toolset and business requirements, and our fixed price delivery cost for your upgrade
